B's Kitchen に行くのは、ただ外食するだけではなく、経験になります。雰囲気と壁には、本当に精神を高揚させる美しい言葉がいっぱいです。彼がこの場所と料理に注いだ努力が本当に伝わってきます。この料理は、私が今まで食べたインド料理の中で最高のものでした。量も驚くほど多く、しかも手頃です。お腹と財布だけでなく、心も満たされます。ここに来て本当によかったです。次に東京に来たときにまた来るのが待ちきれません。良いところはいくら言っても足りません。ありがとう、ボニー。あなたに会えて嬉しかったです。

This little Indian restaurant in Akasaka/Roppongi is some of the best Indian food I have had in terms of freshness and quality of ingredients. We originally went on New Year’s Day 2024 as it was one of the few restaurants open, which meant we had to wait to get in, and our food took a very long time. The owner did come and personally apologize and explained that it’s because they make everything fresh. I accepted his apology because indeed the food tasted very fresh - unlike a lot of Indian restaurants where it tastes as though they are just reheating pre-made food, this is definitely not the case at Downtown B’s. Since that original New Year's Day, we have been back many many time as this has become our favorite Indian restaurant in Tokyo.

The decor and atmosphere are a little bizarre - there is what can only be described as a shrine to a deceased Brazilian race car driver all over the walls, which biblical versus interspersed here and there. The restaurant is also pretty small, so expect a tight squeeze when the restaurant is busy. But don’t come for the atmosphere come for the quality of the food! It is definitely some of the best, if not the best Indian in Tokyo as I can attest to the many loyal repeat customers that I see every time we dine here.
