We had a lovely 4 night stay as a family of 4. We chose a corner room that offered an individual bed/window bed for all members of our family and found there was sufficient space for us to feel comfortable without a lot of room to space. Everything was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the stylish design of the hotel and the walkability to area restaurants and the subway. Staff were very friendly—we particularly enjoyed the daily opportunity to get personalized restaurant recommendations from a staff member. We also appreciated the large complimentary lockers available for use for patrons who needed storage before or after check-in.

Only minor annoyances we encountered was that the laundry machines were rather expensive (did include detergent though!) and we showed up for the Sakura evening tasting well within the stated time frame but staff initially seemed unsure about whether drinks were still being offered and then advised us that they were sold out of desserts. Not a big deal but it was a bit confusing.

スリッパが無く不便。水も氷もエレベーターで、下の階まで、取りに行く必要がある。スリッパか水氷が各階かどちらかが必要です。

We stayed here 3nights and 2 days and have absolutely no complaints. The hotel is near the station, 20 min from Haneda airport, and across the street from 7 Eleven which us tourists LOVE. The staff was always very friendly. During our stay They had 2 choices of breakfasts. Traditional which consisted of your choosing from a variety of onigiris and american which was i believe a broccoli cheddar soup and some pastries. They had salads, yogurt, coffee and tea as well to choose from, all included. I fell in love with their Yuzu and Honey tea! Their cafe area was great, a lot of room, vibrant, and a nice view! The room gave us such a nice view too! We stayed at the DANDAN room which was bunk beds and a 3rd sofa bed alongside the window with the prettiest view! Room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and all our luggage, toilet is separate from the shower which was another bonus, bidet had privacy mode which was awesomeee. I will say, there is definitely a fire station or hospital nearby because we could hear the sirens all day. But it’s one of those sounds that just get lost after a while. surprisingly, It never was an issue to sleep despite the constant siren whether it was cuz of the 20k steps every day, we were drunk, or cuz it became a familiar background noise! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

富士山の魔法のような景色から熱心なスタッフまで、この場所は宝石です。私たちが持っていた部屋のサイズは広々としていて、うまく設計されていました。五反田駅に近く、東京の静かな住宅街にあり、主要観光スポットからは電車で数駅という完璧なロケーションでした。

同じ月に4回も同じホテルOMO5五反田に宿泊しましたが、荷物を預けてチェックイン当日に返送しなければなりませんでした。

五反田に位置し、それほど混雑していませんが、アクセスが良く、山手線のほとんどのエリアに接続している素晴らしいホテルです。素晴らしいファミリールームと、一日中外出した後にリラックスして楽しむのに最適な広さがありました

星野リゾートの朝食は本当に美味しいです。以前OMO3浅草に宿泊したことがありますが、今回はOMO5五反田に宿泊しています。ここでの朝食も楽しみにしていたのですが、出発が6時なのに対し、残念ながら朝食は7時からとなっていました。ホテルが早めの出発のゲストのために朝食ボックスの提供を検討してくれれば素晴らしいと思います。

最寄りは東急池上線の大崎広小路駅、五反田と大崎の中間地点にあるホテルです。

五反田側か大崎広小路側から行くとエレベーターが目に飛び込んでつい乗りたくなっちゃうのですが、そこからだとホテルに行けないみたいです。
乗らずに戸越方面に進むと入り口があります。

チェックイン時に施設利用や朝食時間、ちょっとしたホテルのアクティビティの案内を受けました。(私が泊まった時はハーブティの提供だったかな？)
丁寧に説明してくださり、チェックアウトの時も皆さん親切でした。

カフェは大小様々なテーブル席・ソファー席があり、結構席数も多いです。
電源はない席もあるのかな？テーブルの高さ的にもPC作業は近くのワーキングスペースでやった方が効率良さそう。
ディナータイムだったのでおつまみセットとシソドリンクを頼みました。
一捻り効いたオシャレなメニューが多かったです。
しっかりご飯を食べたいなら、ビル1階か五反田の街に繰り出すのがいいかも(私は結局タコスを食べに行きました😂)
朝ごはんはここで選べるおにぎり&サラダなどのビュッフェが提供されます。

大抵のホテルって土足の境界が明示されてないものですが、このお部屋は靴を脱ぐスペースが設けられていました。個人的に好きなポイント。
部屋は1人〜2人で一晩寝るなら問題ない広さで、夜景がきれいです。

平日だと比較的リーズナブルに泊まれる&空いてるので、ビジネス利用や気分転換に良いと思います！
また利用したいです。
