It is clean, and the room equipment looked pretty new. It has a fridge in the room. And the room is larger (compared to Apa/Live brands etc.). £25 a night for a private bathroom is unusually good value for money in Tokyo. But it is lower price because, apart from a 7-11 outside, there's almost nothing much around. The train station is 10 minutes walk, but unsually there is nothing much there. The closest area with restaurants/cafes is to walk 15-20 minutes south to the other train station. I would have given it 4* (value for money) but as of October 2024, they are building a house in front, so after 8am the building noise starts. Finally, the google maps location is wrong; it should be 2 buildings south (I've suggested the edit to Google).

八広駅からすぐ。そこからは鉄道網を通じて東京の他の地域への接続が非常に良好です。専用バスルームとトイレ付きのシンプルな客室です。部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫があります。階下は共用キッチンです。
1か月前に予約することで非常にリーズナブルな価格で予約できました。

広い通り沿いにあるのですが、少し奥まった場所にあり、一軒家を改装したようなつくりで目立つ看板もないので、非常に分かりにくかったです。テレビ、アメニティもないので、100%素泊まりのみの施設です。
