We had a great overall experience with excellent food in a nice, quiet, and very clean setting! We ordered the Wagyu Sirloin and Premium Brand Pork Dashi Shabu. At first, we weren't quite sure how to proceed with the meal, but our waitress was very helpful and clearly explained which ingredients to dip into which bowl. My wife, who is celiac, requested rice instead of the noodles. The waitress appeared to understand our English perfectly but thoughtfully used a translator to double-check and confirm the dietary need.

開放感のある個室のようで個室じゃない席でしたが、静かで居心地がよく料理も美味しかったです。
しいていうなら店員さんが早口過ぎて聞き取れないことが多かったです

とても美しく、リラックスできる空間です。今まで食べたことのない、本当にユニークな料理で、とてもおいしかったです。サービスも最高です。皆さんとても気配りがあり、和牛やお寿司もとてもおいしく、小さなイカまでいただきました。この場所は私の期待をはるかに超えていました。京都瓢斗さん、素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。

Really very good and authentic shabu shabu! The appetisers make me feel like it is a omakase meal. The shabu pork is so good, goes very well with the yuzu chilli. The curry powder they serve at the end with the udon ends the meal really well. The roasted japanese tea at the end is really frangrant. Yasuda and team are very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back if I'm in Kyoto!

My meal here was a true delight. Each dish felt like a carefully crafted journey, which highlighted the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I especially appreciated the subtle start, where the natural flavours really came through, followed by a surprising and incredibly satisfying burst of taste at the end. A memorable dining experience in Kyoto!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Yasuda, our waitress, was exceptionally nice and polite, making us feel welcome. The food was amazing, and the ambience was really nice too. I highly recommend coming here for shabu!
