One of the poorest ramens we had on our trip. We tried the Akamaru and Karaka. The broths were pretty tasteless with the Karaka being just the taste of spice and the Akamaru had no depth to the sauce as advertised. There was no balance to either of the sauces. The eggs and noodles were well cooked and the pork was ok. The noodle portion was quite small compared to other ramens we had- a lot of people were ordering extra noodles so it wasn’t just us. You order on a table at your table and the service is efficient which is the main benefit of eating there.

Para mí uno de los mejores ramen de Osaka y eso que probé unos cuantos, la pega, la larga cola para entrar por lo que conviene ir pronto, el sabor del caldo es espectacular y el servicio rápido, te dan opción de elegir la cocción de los fideos, pero te aconsejo seguir sus recomendaciones. Excelente relación calidad precio, repetiría sin dudarlo

白丸元味カタ、明太子ご飯。数年ぶりに食べたけど、変わらず美味い。豚骨臭を抑えながらもしっかりした味わい。黙ってても客が入りそうな立地にあるのに一切手を抜いていないのが分かる。
