Incredible service and hospitality from the staff at Inoue. I showed them a photo of a fade I wanted and they meticulously took their time to get it right, inclusive of hot shave, shampoo, head and shoulder massage. While there was a language barrier, we chatted through google translate on a tablet. The amount of time effort and detail for the price is unmatched, and they ended it with a hand written letter thanking me and wishing me a fantastic time in Kyoto, and a recommendation for a great local lunch spot.

I cannot overstate how great these folks were. Very warm and polite, such precision trimming of my beard and face, one of the best experiences I had in Kyoto.

このお店の皆さんがどれほど素晴らしかったか、言葉では言い尽くせません。本当に温かく丁寧な対応で、ヒゲや顔のトリミングもとても正確でした。京都での最高の体験のひとつです。

Had a great experience here, my husband got a great haircut. The staff were understanding and very helpful, i was able to have the most lovely conversation with the staff who was able to give suggestions on places to go to!
