100/10 will be coming back again when we visit Tokyo.

Super convenient, with a station right outside it. Takes roughly 15-20min tops (3 stops) to get Tokyo station, making it super easy. And for folks staying to visit Tokyo Disneyland/Sea, this place is also only 3 stops away from there as well!

There's also a Family Mart on the 1st floor, as well as a supermarket and 7Eleven nearby (less then a couple of blocks). Good nearby restaurants too, with one across the street that's open 24 hours for those of you who are night owls

Room was super clean and spacious, LOTS of space (we booked the Deluxe King room). Plenty of toiletries available too. Front desk was wonderful too, with lovely staff. They can also help you schedule your luggage transport service as well. Onsen was incredibly clean and easy to find.

Excellent stay. Hotel is modern and well appointed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Only criticism is that rooms are fairly small and do not have any chairs with a back (stools only).
Staff were very friendly and courteous, they helped us complete the paperwork for Yamato luggage transfer as well, which worked perfectly.
Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood 3 train stops from Tokyo central station. Easy to get to DisneyLand and DisneySea via train (15 mins). Note - If you are a family with younger kids consider that there are limited child friendly eateries in the hotel local neighborhood and travelling with children on train back into Tokyo central late in day/evening can be challenging with tired kids and busy trains. Other than this, a great hotel in every respect.

都会の喧騒から離れた静かで居心地の良い場所がとても気に入りました。家族旅行のリラックスした拠点となりました。朝食は本当に素晴らしく、種類豊富なおいしいオプションがあり、ホテルのレストランは一流でした。渋谷や原宿などの主要なアクティビティエリアに行くには電車で 2 ～ 3 本かかりましたが、移動は驚くほどスムーズで便利でした。チームラボ プラネッツやディズニーランドなどの見どころが近くにあり、家族連れに最適な場所です。信じられないほどフレンドリーで親切なスタッフにとても感謝しています。うっかりバックパックを忘れてしまったのですが、迅速かつ親切に回収してくれました。私たち家族全員がよく世話をされていると感じました。

駅に非常に近いので、市内の移動に問題はありません。ホテルはとても良かったです。事前に予約していたので、無料の朝食をいただきましたが、おいしくて便利でした。

スタッフさんの対応、部屋の広さと清潔さ、大浴場とサウナ、全てが最高でした。

人力車の体験も出来て最高の思い出となりました。

部屋もお風呂も最高でした。
人力車にも乗れるプランがあり、初めて乗りましたが、こちらも最高でした。雨が降ってましたが、人力車のお姉さんのラストランに立ち会えてよかったです。
