We had an excellent experience at this hotpot restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and generous portions. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially when it came to accommodating my wife’s celiac disease. They fully understood the seriousness of her gluten allergy and went out of their way to ensure everything she ordered was completely safe. It made our visit not only enjoyable but also worry-free. Highly recommend for both the food and the care they show their guests!

Our waiter, Nanami, was so patient with us and catered to our every need. We asked to clarify the menu, hold on to order drinks, and seated our friends next to our table who showed up late. The patience he exhibited to take our photos, reordering drinks towards the end when a server did not quite understand the drinks we were asking for, as well as, ordering another plate of food and refilling the soup towards the end for us was beyond excellent service. Not to mention, he also made my sisters blush for his kind and gentle disposition. On top of that, he guided us to the elevator and pressed the down button for us. He and his servers deserves a raise, and that’s coming from my entire family.

I rate this restaurant, Nabezo Shinjuku, 6 stars out of 5. 6/5
